14 year old Ethan Rencarge! Ethan wowed us with his outstanding speech composition and delivery in the ReboundNM 2021 Spring Speech contest. He takes home the $100 first place prize and the certificate of accomplishment for his hard work. Rebound NM will be holding more Speech Contests in the coming months as we are able to come together and enjoy the contest without a Zoom meeting invite.
