Homeless camps popping up along I-40 and other areas of Albuquerque are concerning for business owners who feel it will have a negative impact on their business; and tourists who feel unsure about their safety. These homeless camps are on the rise and they are unsightly and expose Albuquerque’s homeless problem.
Rebound NM is a community improvement initiative that started in 2009 with the promise to help New Mexico’s homeless population, serve the underserved, and create a swelling of community involvement and activities.
